Lieber DeCarli Ethanol
A semi-pure diet formulation for laboratory rats and mice based on Lieber Decarli. Modifications have been made to the original diet design to suit locally available raw materials and using AIN 93 Vitamins and minerals.

The ethanol diet is made to a batch size of 132.2 g. For use the diet should is to be mixed with 55g ethanol (95%) and 812.8g water. Energy from this mix is 1Kcal/ml from this 35% of total energy is derived from fat, 16% derived from protein, 12% from carbohydrates (Starch and Sucrose) and 37% derived from ethanol.
