Diet: SF06-017 Soy Protein Isolate Semi-Pure Rodent Diet
A semi pure diet based on AIN93G in which casein has been replaced by soy protein isolate. This formulation satisfies the nutritional requirements for growth in rats and mice. Some modifications have been made to the original formulation to suit locally available raw materials.
- Fat content has been reduced to 5%.
- Sodium Chloride and Methionine inclusion rates have been modified from the original formulation to partially correct for the difference in nutrient content of soy protein isolate.
