A semi-pure, low sulphur diet for based on AIN93G rat and mouse.

Gelatine has been used in conjunction with casein as protein source.
In addition tryptophan has been added as a pure amino acid to satisfy the minimum NRC recommendations for rodents.
While the change in protein source has resulted in several deviations from AIN93G, all nutritional parameters except sulphur are within NRC recommendations for rats and mice.
