Custom Diets
We will be happy to help you to design a diet for your application.
We have production facilities for
- Small scale experimental diet manufacture. In this plant we can manufacture a minimum batch size of 5 Kg of a powder form or steam pelletised diet in a variety of pellet sizes.
- Larger scale production facility for powder form or steam pelletised diets. We can make pellet diameters of 2.5 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 8 mm, 12 mm and crumbled diets in batch size from 500 Kg upwards.
- We are currently installing a small extrusion operation, capable of manufacturing a minimum batch size of 250 Kg. It is planned that the operation will make floating and sinking pellets with total fat content of up to 30%. Please contact us if you are interested in extruded diets, we will hold your contact details and let you know when the operation is running.
In the past we have made a wide variety of cereal grain based or semi-pure diets for a range of animals.
The small scale plant has been designed to be able to safely handle a range of other inclusions, both toxic and non toxic.
With the large scale plant we are not able to handle toxic compounds but can include a wide range of non toxic additions.
Although the extrusion operation is not yet operational we have designed it to handle mildly toxic additions.
